11-Day Golfing Country Classic
Day 1 – Meet and Greet evening at the Copthorne Auckland City Hotel where we'll have the opportunity to mix and mingle with a light cocktail party before giving you the evening free to see the sights that Central City Auckland has to offer.
Day 2 – Our first game of Golf is at the Formosa Country Club where at completion we'll travel southward to Hamilton in the Heart of the Waikato Farming District to spend the next two nights at the Kingsgate Hotel.
Day 3 – Your second game is on the banks of the Mighty Waikato River at the Hamilton Golf Club (commonly known as St Andrews) where over 120 Bunkers are waiting any wayward shots you offer!
Day 4 – We continue our journey southward to Rotorua where we'll have two nights stay at the Kingsgate Hotel where we'll have the chance to witness and enjoy the cultural experiences on offer.
Day 5 – The Rotorua Golf Club (Arikikapakapa) an all-weather links style Course awaits you. After our mid-morning Tee we'll head up the Gondola ride for view over Lake Rotorua and maybe a chance for some relaxation and thrills on the Luge.
Day 6 – We'll travel to the East Coast and play the Te Puke Golf Club, a true hidden gem before a brief journey into Mount Maunganui for 2 nights stay at the Aquarius Motor Lodge.
Day 7 – The Omanu Golf Club in Mt Maunganui is a flat links course but plenty of danger awaits the wayward Tee shot or a miss directed 2nd shot. We're only a short distance from a selection of local restaurants or even a visit to the Mt Maunganui Cosmopolitan Club.
Day 8 – At last, an optional day. You can rest up, go shopping, take in the sights, a days fishing charter is available, try kayaking or even and extra round of golf at the Mt Maunganui Golf Club.
Day 9 – We move northward to the Whangamata Golf Club for a challenging round featurimg a meandering creek ready to swallow your golf ball at every opportunity. After our round we'll head further up the East Coast for an overnight stay at Puka Park Lodge, Pauanui.
Day 10 – The Hidden Gem, Lakes Resort Golf Course hidden in the Coromandel Ranges will challenge your every shot particularly the back 9-Holes, known as Hells Corner! At the conclusion of our last game we'll travel back North across the Hauraki Plains for our final two nights at the Copthorne Auckland City Hotel.
Day 11 - Our last day as a group is a sightseeing exploration of the sights of Auckland city. A final night Team Dinner at Auckland's Skytower ends your 11-Day 9-Course Country Classic!
