Sunshine Coast Surprise
Day 1 Depart Auckland for 3 hour flight to Brisbane where we'll collect our Coach and travel just over an hour north to Caloundra where we're based at Centrepoint Apartments.
Day 2 First up you'll play at Twin Waters Golf resort, which is recognised as one of the top six golf resorts in Australia. The stunning setting and challenging layout provide a great round to begin to tour.
Day 3 Today we won't travel far, we're just 10mins away from the local Caloundra Golf Club is a Par-71 course being 5960metres in length set in tranquil natural surrounds. Our mid-morning Tee will have us back at accommodation base by 4pm for a leisurely afternoon and evening.
Day 4 Spend the day relaxing at one of brilliant beaches or shopping in the area, Don can take the group for cruise to get a good feel for the area. As an optional activity you might like to consider a trip to Fraser Island and the natural surrounds that go with it.
Day 5 After the rest day you'll play Pelican Waters Golf course. With the majestic Glasshouse mountains as backdrop this scenic round will be a pleasure for all.
Day 6 A break from Golf idway thru the Sunshine Coast Surprize and today we're planning a trip to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo and then just down the road on the Bruce Highway is the most photographed hotel, the Ettamogah Pub then back to base early evening.
Day 7 Horton Park Golf course is a premier course in Queensland's Sunshine Coast. You'll attack this course and the many challenges it poses.
Day 8 Today you'll play at Noosa Springs, situated along the shores of the tranquil Lake Weyba and surrounded by the Noosa National Park. This course is of international standard and believe us it has many challenges spread throughout it!
Day 9 Officially a "rest day" this is your last chance on the Sunshine Coast to either sit back and relax on the Beach, take a last chance at the Shopping available or take a trip upto Maroochydore and Noosa and generally taking it easy. Maybe even slip in that extra round at one of the Courses handy.
Day 10 Golf at Hyatt Coolum offers you the final challenge on the Sunshine Coast Surprize, the host the 2010 Australian PGA Championships, so it won't be easy!
Day 11 Transfer down to Brisbane, where we'll spend the last night of our Sunshine Coast Surprize in the city and take a sightseeing journey, possibly a little shopping, a visit to the Casino anda final Tour Dinner.
Day 12 Travel back to Auckland
