Play Rugby in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand

Day 1     Arrival in Christchurch known as the ´garden city´and home of the Canterbury Crusaders. Depending on arrival time a light afternoon training run before Dinner and a welcome to the Rugby Acedmy – our home for the next 3 nights.

Day 2     Morning opportunity for some sightseeing around the Christchurch coastline and City centre. After lunch full-on Training session with local Academy Coaching Staff focusing on basic skills thru to full Scrum/Lineouts/backline running and team moves.

Day 3     Match preparation in the morning followed by a Tri-Series set of 30 min matches against two or more local teams. 

Day 4     Moving Day from Christchurch to Queenstown heading South-West across the Canterbury Plains into the Southern end of the Alps past Lake Tekapo and over the Lindis Pass, thru the Kawaroa Gorge and into Queenstown where we'll be based for five nights.
 
Day 5     Travel to Cromwell for a match against the Local XV late morning and then enjoy a Go-Karting experience on quite possibly the best Kart tracj in New Zealand – www.highlands.co.nz


Day 6     Another match today against the Local College XV and depending on match time we'll go into Queenstown and make fitting arrangements for Skis or Snowboards as tomorrows activity get closer.

Day 7     A day in the snow! On one of the South Islands claasic ski-fields – Coronet Peak, Remarkables or Cardrona – no matter what this will be one of the highlights of the Tour. A day in the snow includes Skis/Snowboard, wet weather clothing, gloves, helmet, goggles and necessary chair lift passes.

Day 8     A full day to explore Queenstown including the Gondola and Luge Rides at the top of Skyline showing the magnificent views out over Lake Wakatipu and the Mountain Ranges. 
 
Day 9    This morning it's a thrilling Jetboat ride on the Shotover Canyon and a last afternoon of free time to explore the last of Queenstown and it's offerings.

Day 10  Depending on departure time from Queenstown we'll take a short drive "back in time" and experience the historic village of Arrowtown which was the original centre of Goldmining back in the Gold Rush days of the Upper Otago Region before heading to Queenstown International Airport for your homeward journey.
